Reservations Clerk

We are seeking to recruit a Reservations Clerk to manage our office in Bugibba.

The selected applicant would be responsible for the overall administration of the agency, including managing the reception area, dealing with clients and requests for holiday accommodation and handling telephone calls.

This position calls for a smart and mature individual who has an eye for detail together with a flair for sales and strong organizational and communication skills. The ability to work under pressure is essential for this role. The applicant should also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications and should have a good command of the English, Italian and Maltese languages. Previous experience in a similar position is a must.

An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience will be offered to the chosen applicant.
