This ground floor unit comprises of a modern designed layout with good quality furniture and comforts, consisting of an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave oven and all utilities, combined with a spacious dining and living area featuring sofa, air conditioner, TV, free Internet connection with WiFi. A utility room with an automatic washing machine, a good size bathroom supplied with a 100lt water heater and good water pressure, a spare double bedroom with two single beds comes air-conditioned and a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and also air-conditioned and leading to a back yard with rattan table and chairs.

This property is equipped with double glazing apertures, security door and fire safety equipment and blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

The location of this apartment block is ideal and easily accessible. It is situated just off the main entertainment area but still very close (about 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by bus). Walking during the night is very safe and buses are frequent.

The area is a safe and tranquil residential area surrounded by all mayor day to day amenities close by and within walking distance such as banks, grocers, pharmacies, butcher, gym, tennis court, hairdressers, beauticians, restaurants and bus stops.

The block itself is modern and very comfortable and it has an elevator. Itís family owned and well taken care of with regular maintenance. Excellent customer service is our priority.

Parking is freely available on the street.

On the island you will find various activities for all likings, from scuba diving, golf, snorkeling, sports, museums, churches, jeep safaris, excursions, feasts, art and music and also relaxing spas, restaurants, bar and clubs.

The prices are all inclusive of 7% VAT and local taxes.

Prices quoted are based on 4 guests.
Additional guests: 20 € /person/night - Fee applies to parties of more than 4 guests.

Rental price includes cable TV and 24hr WiFi internet, clean bed linen and towels.
A sofa-bed, baby-cot and high-chair are available on request.

10% discount for bookings of 21 days and over.
Further discounts for bookings of one month and over (depending on the season).

For late departures, luggage can be stored safely, until departure time so that you won't have carry suitcases around all day.

A 45% deposit is required to secure booking. The remaining balance, along with the refundable security deposit (Bond), are payable in cash (€) upon arrival.
The security deposit (bond) is a safeguard against damages, loss, utility abuse (excess water and electricity) and unpaid services. On the day of departure, after services are paid, keys are returned and an inspection of property is made, the security deposit will be returned accordingly.

Utilities (water, electricity, gas) up to €20 consumption per week are included in the price - (which is generally sufficient for normal use). Water & Electricity readings will be taken during check-in and check-out. Any units consumed over and above this allowance, must be settled prior to departure. The amount will be deducted from the refundable deposit. All costs will be calculated at local domestic rates.

Cleaning service is provided prior to entering the apartment. Every 7 days, we provide you with clean bed linen and towel change. The property must be handed back to the owner in a good clean condition. Any extra cleaning will be charged at a flat rate of €10 per hour.
Preferred payment method SEPA bank transfer. Payments can be safely made by paying directly into our bank account, bank details will be supplied to you on confirmation of booking. We also accept payments via PayPal where you can make a payment using your debit or credit card, however, you are required to cover PayPal fees.

We can also arrange any services you might require including: Airport transfers to/from the apartment, car hire, cleaning services, professional masseur and personalized one-to-one English tuition by fully qualified & experienced tutors (General English, Business English, Exam courses and English for Special Purposes). Airport transfers to/from the apartment are recommended. All you have to do is just ask,any other requests can be met at an extra charge.
